Fall Masters - Paddle 4 Life

Paddle 4 Life Program (Masters program) for Experienced Paddlers

Paddle 4 Life promotes fitness and paddling for adults of all ages. Training includes lots of time in the boats to help develop your balance as you improve your technical skills in sprint singles and crew boats. Participants also learn to paddle in rough water conditions with surf skis and outriggers.  On days when the water is especially rough, participants will go out in our OC6 and surf the waves.

Please consult the drop-down menu below for prerequisites to join, training times and dates, race dates, and more.
