Spring and Fall Training programs are a great way to build on foundational paddling techniques, while developing some great paddling endurance and paddle fitness through "FUNdamentals". These programs are a great way for athletes to become more comfortable in sprint boats using a progressive program designed to challenge each athlete individually. Crew boats, Kayak, Canoe and Warcanoe (assuming COVID permits it) will all be explored.
Spring/Fall Intro to Competition Layout
This spring evening program is designed for the paddler who would like to improve their skills in sprint boats. The program offers a graduated program for children and teens to increase comfort in sprint boats and work together as a team to master paddling skills.
The focus of these training weeks will be to work on paddling skills and technique, while developing paddle endurance and fitness. This program is ideal for anyone registered in the Intro to Competition Camp, former Regatta Ready participant or anyone who is interested in improving their paddling skills. Spring/Fall training are some of the best times to be on the water! No experience is necessary however participants should be comfortable in and around water.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings
17:30 - 19:00
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices.
