The paddling season may be over but staying active is year-round! ORCC Athletic Conditioning is a total body conditioning session for all levels provided by Andrea Nicholls, a certified conditioning coach and trainer designed to improve conditioning over the fall/winter training months.

Athletes will incorporate strength, movement, balance, agility, coordination, speed, and reaction exercises into their training as well as a full mobility and core segment. Athletes will work on building their stamina with a progressive program through the fall and winter sessions building their complete athletic engine from toes to fingertips.

All levels will be challenged, and participants should expect to show up ready to test their limits. Two sessions available 6-7pm and 7-8pm. This program is open to intro to comp, competitive athletes, masters, dragonboat, outrigger and parents as well. 

General Dates:

Session 1: Oct 25 - Dec 20

Session 2: Jan 10 - April 18 (after which we encourage you to join our masters or novice masters program)
