Please ensure your camper arrives with the following items each day:

  • Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
  • Hat or cap for sun protection
  • Refillable water bottle (labeled with camper's name)
  • Complete change of clothes
  • Towel
  • Lifejacket/PFD (if not provided by camp)
  • Snacks (nut-free preferred)
  • Closed-toe water shoes or sandals with straps
  • A dry bag, if they have one.

Check-in

Parents should accompany campers to the designated check-in table in our upper parking lot (a tent will be set up). A staff member will greet you and sign your camper in. Please ensure all belongings are labelled.

All participants must have our waiver signed once per year before participating in any activities at ORCC.

PaddleAll Camp checks in at the lower parking lot by the yellow portable.

Checkout

Pick-up is at the same location as drop-off. You must sign out with a staff member before leaving with your camper.

Late pick-up is available until 5 PM which you can purchase HERE.

Parking

Parking is available in the upper lot. Please use designated drop-off zones and avoid blocking driveways, as we share the driveway with another organization.

Drop-off time:8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Pick-up time:4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

PaddleAll: 8:30 - 9:00 AM & 3:30 -4:00 PM

Early pick-up

If you need to pick up your camper early, please notify the camp office in advance. Proceed to the lower parking lot, and check in with the office (portable), and a staff member will retrieve your camper from their activity.

Late arrival

If your camper will arrive late, please call the camp office. Bring your camper to the lower parking lot, and staff will escort them to their group from the main office (portable).

Your camper's safety and well-being are our top priorities. We maintain the following protocols:

  • Sun safety: Staff will remind campers to apply sunscreen throughout the day. We encourage waterproof SPF 30 or higher.
  • Hydration: Water breaks are scheduled regularly. Campers should bring a labeled, refillable water bottle.
  • Emergency contacts: In case of emergency, we will contact the primary guardian immediately using the contact information provided during registration.

We’ll be offering light snacks and drinks (all under $6). If your camper would like to shop, please send them with a small amount of money for lunchtime. Common snack shack items:

  • Gatorade, jus, and freezies
  • crackers, rice crispies, granola bars, fruit snacks

BBQ days include:

  • Burger or hot dog
  • Chips or cookies
  • & a drink
