Purpose: This application is a private internal tool designed specifically for the Ottawa River Canoe Club (ORCC). Its sole purpose is to synchronize registration data from Amilia SmartRec or Bookings.Ottawarivercanoeclub to QuickBooks Online.

Data Collection: The app accesses member and participant registration details (names, program selections, and payment amounts) from Amilia.

Data Usage: This data is used exclusively to generate internal financial records and invoices within the ORCC’s QuickBooks account. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties.

Security: Data is processed through secure, encrypted channels (TLS/SSL) and is not stored permanently on any external servers.
