What You'll Learn

Across the Winter Webinar Series, athletes will develop a stronger understanding of what it truly means to train with purpose. The sessions explore how physical training, mental performance, recovery, and motivation all connect — and why these elements change throughout the season. Athletes will gain insight into how to stay consistent during the winter months, balance sport with school and everyday life, and better understand the reasoning behind their training programs. The goal of the series is to help youth athletes become more confident, informed, and engaged in their own development, building habits and perspectives that support both performance and long-term enjoyment of sport.
