Comp Training Schedule

The ORCC Competitve training schedule varies depending on the time of year. While the schedule below is intended to be accurate, please keep up to date with coach emails for any changes or updates as this page will not be updated on a day by day basis; this is only the general seasonal schedule. See the chart below for details.

  Training Schedule

Spring 2025: May 5 to June 29

  • Monday - Friday:
    • 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
    • 2 morning practices TBD
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM (may vary depending on weekly program, refer to the program to confirm each weeks scheduled practice dureation)

Summer 2025: June 30 - Aug 30

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 16:15 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM (may vary depending on weekly program, refer to the program to confirm each weeks scheduled practice dureation)

***Nationals 2025: Regina, SK- Aug 26 to Aug 30

Fall 2025: Sep 8 - Oct 22

  • Monday - Friday: 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM (may vary depending on weekly program, refer to the program to confirm each weeks scheduled practice dureation)

***Please note that on-water training may have to be cut short if temperatures drop earlier than expected***
