    The Competitive Program is designed for experienced athletes ages 13-17, with the goal of attending the CKC National Championships at the end of the summer season.
    *Interest in this program must be discussed with Joel Hazzan prior to registration and all participants must be ORCC competitive members. 

    Year-round competitive program:

    • $2950 + HST. + membership & competitive fees for 2024
    • Sept 1, 2023  - until the last day of Nationals 2024.
    • Summer training schedule:

    Summer training schedule:

    • Apprx April 17 - Last day of Nationals
    • While school is still on:
      • Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
      • Saturday mornings: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM 
      • Located at the ORCC
    • Once school is still over:
      • Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
      • Saturday mornings: 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM
      • Located at the ORCC

      Fall Training

      • Sept 11, 2023 - until we are off the water (normally Oct 22). 
      • Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:15 PM
      • Saturday Mornings: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM 

      Winter Training:

      • Oct 24, 2023 - until we are back on the water in mid-April 2024 (around April 17)
      • Training consists of running, cross-country skiing, weight training, and circuit training at South March Public School. 
      • Off-water season schedule: 
        • Monday to Friday
          • Typically from 5:30 PM / 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM / 8:00 PM (times will vary depending on program)
        • Saturday Mornings: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

      Credit Card & Cancellation Policy

      Credit Card Policy

      • ORCC offers a variety of payment methods such as e-transfer, credit card, and PayPal.   However, credit card/PayPal transactions cost the club thousands of dollars every year.  In an effort to keep program pricing reasonable, we ask those participants who wish to pay by credit card or PayPal to ensure you also pay the credit card/PayPal convenience fee to help offset the costs to the club. No convenience fee is charged for electronic transfers to treasurer@orcc.ca

      Cancellation Policy

      Please be aware of the ORCC Cancellation Policy:

      • Program registration cancellations which are received two weeks prior to the start of the program will receive a full refund less the $15 non-refundable administration fee.
      • No refunds are available within two weeks of the start of the program or once the program has started; a prorated credit only will be issued.
      • In the case of injury or illness, a medical certificate may be required, and refunds will only be offered as camp fee prorated credit to be used for a future ORCC camp or program registration.
